Charles enlisted in the Rifle Brigade on 27/04/1916, was wounded (head wound) on 14/04/1917 and died on 19/04/2017.

He had two children:

Charles James Joseph Fisher born 26/05/1914 in West Ham, and

James Benjamin Fisher Born 19/5/16
